How to use this Song list with the Auto Emailer!

• Move the Email Form to the right, leave all the fields visible. Click on the Presenter4 Link or Planet Shakers Link above, Then position PDF form on the LEFT side of screen - Covering about 3/4 width, " set the page size to 150% this makes the print easier to read".
• Try clicking on each pane a few times - moving from one to the other.
• Selecting the 1st song from the list - (NAME and CODE No.) for transferring to the email form.

• PLEASE, enter your name in the top field.

• Using your mouse mark the song name and code then PRESS [CTRL + C] to copy highlighted information, or use your mouse commands.
• Click on Email form - place your mouse pointer in the required field - Then press [CTRL + V] to past data.
• Repeat till select completed. - Please enter your Name in TOP Field.
• Enter your message - if required, then enter Anti spam CODE in box,
• CHECK YOUR LIST CAREFULLY then press the Send Button. -
• The email will go directly to "media@redlandcitychurch.com" computer in "Worship Hall".

NOTE: If a song is not on the list: It is up to you to send an email to media@redlandcitychurch.com with all the words and choruses typed up in a "M/Sword.doc" attached to the email - this will allow the media operator time to enter it directly into the Song List. - Please make sure you have the correct words and all the choruses.

• If you wish to send your list to any other place or party, use the same rules to "copy and paste into your own email program.
